Protection of machine components in the bulk goods industry
We manufacture mats for wear protection for industrial applications in which machines and system components are exposed to high levels of wear – for example abrasion caused by gravel, sand or metal chips - or in which the conveyed goods need to be transported gently. We offer these mats on rolls for self-assembly. This unique wear protection is based on highly abrasion-resistant polyurethane (PUR), which can be used to line chutes, troughs and containers, for example. This wear protection can be applied in a variety of ways: it is glued or screwed, clamped or simply placed on the respective position in the system.
WE SUPPLY HIGHLY WEAR-RESISTANT POLYURETHANE (PUR):
- In hardness grades 55, 70 and 90 Shore A
- In widths of 1,400 mm, lengths of 10,000 mm and thicknesses of 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15 and 20 mm
- In standard colour red (similar to RAL3000)
- Special dimensions on request
- Special versions available on request (with fabric embedding, perforated sheets, expanded metal)
- With or without CR adhesive coating for particularly easy installation
- Self-cleaning – protection against build-up

Our wear protection mats can be replaced quickly and cost-effectively if necessary and are more versatile than comparable rubber products. They are cut-resistant, wear-resistant, self-cleaning and have a noise-absorbing effect. We offer different degrees of hardness and material thicknesses and also produce special versions with embedded fabric or perforated sheeting.
