We manufacture polyurethane system and machine components that are particularly suitable for contact with abrasive media, bulk materials, powders, granulates and fine grains. They can be replaced easily and cost-effectively by the customer and are wear-resistant and self-cleaning.
WE SUPPLY PU MOULDED PARTS INCLUDING:
- Moulded parts for machines and systems in highly wear-resistant polyurethane
- PU moulded parts in hardness grades from 50 to 95 Shore A and 72 Shore D
- PU moulded parts with high wear resistance, cut resistance and self-cleaning properties
Cost-effective mould making
We mainly process ester-based polyurethanes for moulded parts in gravity casting. This offers the advantage that mould construction is particularly cost-effective compared to injection moulding. Due to the highly liquid components of the casting polyurethane when hot, even complex moulded parts in all sizes can be cast without plasticisers. The moulds required for this are uncomplicated to produce and therefore particularly inexpensive. This process allows us to specifically measure out the components added to the recipe. We determine a wide range of properties, such as Shore hardness, precisely according to customer requirements. Injection moulding, on the other hand, offers advantages in TPU processing when small-volume items are to be produced in larger series.
