Kunststofftechnik Rodenberg GmbH (KTR) is a successful medium-sized manufacturer of pumps, rollers, ship shaft bearings and wear protection made of polyurethane (PUR). We are specialists in our field and supply customers worldwide in the construction, agricultural, oil, food processing, mechanical engineering and shipyard industries. Our products are made from a wide range of materials such as rubber, PUR and steel, and we use a variety of flexible technologies – from rubber injection moulding to polyurethane coating, autoclave production and turning and milling technology. Our products are used in a wide range of industrial applications. They are all manufactured entirely by us, from the raw material to the final painting of the finished product – all made in Germany... All from a single source.
Extensive portfolio: Pumps, agricultural technology, ship shaft bearings and wear protection
Our key products are stators and rotors for progressive cavity pumps, of which we produce a range of variants customised to our customers' requirements for mechanical engineering and pump manufacturers. These special pumps are used wherever highly viscous, abrasive or inhomogeneous media such as slurries or pasty substances need to be pumped: in the construction industry, in the food processing industry, as slurry pumps in agriculture or a industrial pumps for oil production.
Another important product area is shafts and rollers, which we coat with rubber and polyurethane and develop in close partnership for the agricultural technology industry. They are used, for example, on round balers or potato harvesters.
productworlds/agricultural-technology ship shaft bearings, which we manufacture for shipbuilding and the refurbishment of ship propulsion systems. We also produce wear protection mats made of highly abrasion-resistant PUR, as well as turned and milled components.
