Progressing cavity pumps are used in a wide range of industrial applications to convey media gently and with low pulsation. We offer a wide range of industrial pumps for a wide variety of applications, whether highly viscous, particularly abrasive media need to be pumped or the focus is on protecting the material. Our industrial pumps can pump media with a high solids content as well as media with high viscosities – including liquids, adhesives, oils and suspensions. In the field of agricultural technology our industrial pumps can pump faeces, sewage sludge or liquid manure, while in the food industry they can pump mustard, cake batter or olive oil, for example. It is also possible to produce yoghurt with whole fruit without destroying the fruit. Of course, we use materials that are required for food safety approval. Our industrial pumps are available in different types, which are either maintenance-free, slotted or equipped with integrated clamping bars. We can supply the pumps with or without anti-twist protection. We constantly optimise our manufacturing processes for industrial pumps – for minimum tolerances and consistently assured quality. We work closely with users and machine manufacturers to realise highly specific solutions tailored to individual requirements by adapting the rubber compounds to the customer's application. The focus is always on maximising economic efficiency. This can be seen particularly in the stators of our KTR progressing cavity pumps which have a very long service life.
When selecting materials, we are guided by your requirements – our processing technologies set no limits here. Therefore, we can also take special requests into account. For stators,, we only use high-quality compounds from German manufacturers to achieve the exceptionally high functionality and long service life of our industrial pumps. Our long-standing and close supplier relationships allow us to realise special requests from our customers in the form of special blends. We have the expertise to process rubber qualities such as NBR, NR-BR, NR-SBR, NBR-light (FDA), HNBR, CSM, EPDM, EPDM-white, FPM (Viton), in various Shore hardnesses.
We can also manufacture the housing of the stators from stainless steel on request. Our range of rotor materials extends from various types of stainless steel to particularly durable through-hardened tool steels. In extreme applications, we can make the surfaces even more resistant or corrosion-resistant through treatments such as hard chrome plating or salt bath nitro-carburising.
We have decades of expertise in the field of pump production. Kunststofftechnik Rodenberg GmbH is ISO 9001 certified, demonstrating our commitment to quality in all product areas. Our customers can rely on the consistent quality of our industrial pumps: Before delivery, we put each of our industrial pumps to the test. We test all relevant parameters such as concentricity and dimensions. You will then receive a test certificate for your product on request. Our engineering team is on hand to assist you with new developments, answer questions and provide advice.
